OFFICIAL RULES – BLAKE GRANGER YFZ450R SWEEPSTAKES
1. Sponsor
The Blake Granger YFZ450R Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Blake Granger / Free Agent Apparel (“Sponsor”), located in Louisiana, USA.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, Yamaha, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household as Sponsor are not eligible to win.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 4, 2026, at 12 a.m. CST and ends on July 4th, 2026, (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How To Enter
Purchase Entry Method
Eligible participants will automatically receive entries when purchasing merchandise from the official Free Agent Apparel store located at:
weremydogsat.com
Entry amounts may vary depending on promotional offers and products listed on the website.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, participants may handwrite their full legal name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Sweepstakes end date and received within 7 days after the Sweepstakes closes.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as a standard merchandise purchase.
Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Yamaha YFZ450R ATV
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000 USD
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.
Winner is solely responsible for:
- taxes
- registration fees
- title transfer fees
- insurance
- transportation/shipping costs if applicable
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing within fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.
If the selected winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- fails to respond within 72 hours,
- is found ineligible, or
- declines the prize,
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, photographs, social media handle, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Blake Granger, Free Agent Apparel, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yamaha, and affiliated parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
- technical malfunctions,
- website interruptions,
- shipping delays,
- fraud,
- unauthorized human intervention,
- or printing errors.
9. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to:
- tamper with the entry process,
- violate these rules,
- use fraudulent methods,
- or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Louisiana.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 60 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
13. Agreement To Rules
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
